For this task you are going to import some static log data into a SIEM.

1. Login to the Windows 10 system.
2. Open the Splunk link on the Desktop. Login with admin/changeme
3. Go to Add Data
4. Follow the Tutorial for adding data link and download a current copy of the zip file.
5. The file to be imported is located here: https://docs.splunk.com/images/Tutorial/tutorialdata.zip
6. Import the file into Splunk, then run a search query to verify it was imported successfully.

Take a screenshot of the new search query showing the data file was imported successfully and paste it in the table below. Your screenshot should look like the one below.
